Guided Meditation and Breath Work probably sound like twins but they actually are more like soul mates. Instead of being one in the same, they work hand in hand and compliment each other. When we use these tools together the result is a Self Care practice that is effective in helping us recognize when a break is needed, reclaim our energy, and become more grounded in times of need.

30 minute Session: $22.22

45 minute Session: $33.33

Spend 15 to 30 minutes learning how to truly Breathe without rush, responsibility, or expectations weighing you down. During Guided Breath Work, we take deep inhales that fill our lungs to their capacity and full exhales that make you feel as if you are deflating and releasing all inner and outer tension. This practice encourages us to take a moment to breathe, calm, and release.

Think you already have the skills of basic Breath Work mastered? Good job, now let’s level up those skills by adding positive thoughts and verbal affirmations to each Breath. The purpose of this service is to spend 30 to 45 minutes helping you recenter your thoughts, claim what you want, release what no longer serves you, and unwind from the life's mental & spiritual stressors.
